Angies Digital Designs Challenge #29 Anything Goes

Sorry guys for all my posts today,

Life has got in the way the last few weeks and my blog posts have kind of went to the way side but thats me hopefully back on track. I love this team the choice of images is always fab and I love that its always an Anything goes challenge and its great to see what people come up with.

I choice to work with Angie's own Bunny design and what a gorgeous bunny that it is and I didnt choose to go all Easter with this image as the bunny has a single rose in its  hand and yes I painted the rose red but didnt go all lovey dovey with him either.

I decided to make this as a general card that could fit any situation. I done a panel with some stencils and distress oxides and I chose the ovals as I kind of think it looks like the bunny has came through a tunnel. I hope this card brings a smile to your face.

Get Creative Purple Teams Challenge #78 Anything Goes with optional twist of Anything But a Card

Hi,

Ooohh I'm so excited for this post. I have had a an absolute ball creating this. When I seen that it was anything but a card well for the image I picked there was only way I could go and that was to make a sign. The image I chose was from Pattie's Creations - Camping is fun. Now if you know me you know I would pick this image over any of the others available as we have a tourer caravan.

I chose to create this for the wardens of the site that we go to most of the season as its not too far from us and the site reopens in about 10 days time so thought it was ideal and the sentiment 'Home is where we Park it' is so true for any of us that  have caravans, motorhomes, campervans then this is ideal for it.

I hope you like this, I put some heavy glitter around the side of the heart shape but think next time I would use ribbon, also the sign can be done with different wording or different shapes.

See you soon with the next design.

Monday Greetings Outlawz Challenge 4thMarch - Happy St Patrick's Day

Hi,

This is my first DT post for this challenge and I am absolutely loving the images I got to make my cards with and DT Leader Shirley and Angela have been amazing. They have been there to support me in my role in this team and in a few weeks to help the team out I am going to be hosting my first every challenge but have been promised there will be people there to help me so I hope you will join us.

Anyways the image I chose for this challenge is 'Valentine Rose' by Morgans Artworld and wow it is absolutely beautiful and I chose to do the colours muted as the rose itself stands out and I chose a layout where the image would get to stand out and I chose colours and backgrounds to suit the colours of the rose as you can see here

I know the heading is of St Patrick's day but its a day I don't celebrate and not sure of anyone who does so I made this a birthday card and all the sentiments I printed then heat embossed with clear embossing powders (loving this technique). I hope you like this one as much as I do and I cant wait for you to see the next card for this team its ohhhh gonna make you wait to see it lol

Will leave you here just now and yes im so cruel lol

Progressive Freebie Outlawz Challenge Mar1st

Hello again,

Oh dear, I'm a little late with this post but today is the perfect day to post the blog post as today is the start of Easter and the image was provided by SVB and its Easter eggs so I decided to add some extra's and I think the bunnies are a perfect touch to this card.

I decided to go with a stepper card as I thought to use the eggs as a prize to find on an Egg Hunt so I cut out the sign post and rabbits and created a lovely fun scene and I chose papers to be light so that everything else stands out and I finished it off with a little green ribbon bow.

Incy Wincy 4th March Use Ribbon Challenge

Hi Guys,

Back to the DT challenges and this one I made two cards for and one I really struggled with was the image from A Day for Daisies and its a beautiful image of the girl with her back to us sitting on the moon but could I find any inspiration for this one no I couldnt. I was sitting with my hubby one night and saying how I was struggling so he asked to see the image and he then just came out with the quote that I have used and that was it my idea came to me and I think its simple but it stands out and I hope you like. The other card I made was from Cute as a Button and I knew as soon as I seen this image the colour pink I knew had to be the base colour and I made this card for a crafty friend but they dont know it yet that they are going to get it. With both of these cards it was easy to incorporate ribbon but I wanted to try doing something different but you can let me know they have worked.

These cards make me smile as I the sentiments really stand out.

But must dash got some more things to do but oh wait stop before you go. The Next Incy Wincy challenge starts on the 18th March and its my challenge to host and the theme is 'For the Men' so I would love it if you would come to https://incywincydesigns.blogspot.com/ and take part and support me. Hope to see you there.

ta ta for now
